By using SecureTempMail you agree to these terms. The service is provided for lawful use only.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to commit fraud, harassment, or abuse.
• Do not attempt to receive mail intended for another person to gain unauthorized access to their accounts.
• Do not overload or attack the infrastructure.

No guarantees

Temporary inboxes are ephemeral and provided "as is." We do not guarantee delivery, retention, or availability of any message, and you should never rely on a disposable inbox for important communications.

Receive-only

The service receives mail only. It cannot be used to send email. This is intentional and keeps the platform free of outbound abuse.

Premium & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific domain, address, or message will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureTempMail and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, messages, or access arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including messages sent to you by third parties.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecureTempMail, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable law, or from content you send, receive, or access through it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where SecureTempMail operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
