How We Compare Business Email Providers

SecureTempMail is a temporary/disposable-email tool — a fundamentally different product from persistent business email hosting. We don't operate business email infrastructure ourselves, and we don't run independent tests of these providers. Being upfront about that matters more to us than pretending otherwise.

Where the data comes from

Every specification on a provider's page here — price, storage, included apps, security features — is that provider's own public claim, taken directly from their official website. Each provider page states the date its information was last confirmed. Pricing and promotions change frequently; always verify current pricing on the provider's own site before purchasing.

Two exceptions, both disclosed on the provider's own page: a few providers' pricing pages returned prices in Indian Rupees rather than USD when we fetched them, and we couldn't force a USD quote — those pages display the exact price as fetched, with a note that it's not USD. For ordering providers by price only, we convert that figure to an approximate USD amount using a same-day exchange rate — that converted number is never shown as a price the provider itself states, only used internally to decide ranking order. Separately, Microsoft blocked every attempt we made to fetch its pricing page live; that page is marked as reconstructed from an older archived snapshot rather than a live 2026 confirmation.

What the score on each provider card means

The number next to each provider (e.g. "8.5/10") is our own comparison score — not a review average or a rating sourced from Trustpilot, app stores, or user submissions. We don't have a review-collection system, so we don't display one.

It's a simple checklist out of 6 points, scaled to 10, awarding one point each for: a free trial offered, a bundled productivity-app suite beyond plain email, entry-tier storage of 30GB or more, explicit custom-domain email support, advertised security features (2FA, encryption, or advanced spam/malware protection), and pricing among the five cheapest providers we cover. Ties reflect this coarse, transparent checklist, not fine-grained testing, and aren't a claim that tied providers are identical.

How we make money

Links to providers on this site currently go directly to each provider's official site with no referral or affiliate tracking. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to disclose it clearly.
